Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join its Project Management Office and enable successful execution of strategic priorities through disciplined portfolio, program, project, and change management, paired with strong business analysis.

You will work across enterprise initiatives, including technology implementations, process transformation, data and reporting, and organizational change, in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, operations, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project delivery, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and management.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Liaison between business and technology teams; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business analysis activities with stakeholders to define objectives and outcomes.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain requirements artifacts, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current- and future-state processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR, and more.
• Translate complex problems into structured analyses and recommendations.
• Participate in testing, issue tracking, and validation of outcomes.
• Promote standard methodologies and continuous improvement.
