Jackson Lewis P.C. in San Francisco / New York area is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office.

You will enable successful execution of strategic initiatives through disciplined portfolio, program, project, and change management, and through robust business analysis across enterprise projects. The role requires partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to define objectives, gather requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and management skills.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business analysis activities with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and outcomes.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
• Create artifacts such as requirements, user stories, flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR, technology, and more.
• Translate complex problems into structured analyses and recommendations.
• Coordinate with PMO to define scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure testing, UAT, issue tracking, and validation of business outcomes.
• Promote standardized BA practices and leverage AI for better deliverables.
