Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to influence others and manage client expectations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M.
• Provide business deposit, cash management, and credit solutions up to ~$15M.
• Support branch-based bankers on sizeable credit deals as needed.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions aligned with client needs.
• Cultivate long-term primary banking relationships through in-person/virtual calls.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for personal solutions.
• Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
