Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, and sales admin support to deliver comprehensive AV and videoconferencing solutions.

The role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing, offering a salary of $120,000–$150,000 annually plus commissions and a monthly cell phone stipend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct selling experience in AV or related technology.
• Ability to generate at least $5 million in revenue annually.
• Ability to generate at least $1.25 million gross profit annually.
• Experience penetrating and upselling accounts.
• Strong customer relationship skills with C-level presenting experience.
