Job summary

QA Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture trainer to deliver courses on TOGAF, ArchiMate, and related architectures. You will enable learners to apply principles within real-world environments, while contributing to design of innovative learning solutions and maintaining high learner satisfaction.

The role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

TOGAF and ArchiMate certification and experience delivering architecture training.
Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Experience mentoring or coaching professionals in architecture.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery: Deliver high quality training in line with polices, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Performance & Quality Metrics: Attain a HSAT score and improve training effectiveness.
Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning programmes.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
Communication and Teaching: Present complex concepts clearly and coach learners.
Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Apply TOGAF, ArchiMate, governance in real projects.
Architecture Delivery: Develop and deliver enterprise architecture initiatives and roadmaps.
Business and Technology Alignment: Align business goals with technology outcomes.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current with cloud and digital transformation trends.
Stakeholder Management: Engage senior stakeholders effectively.
