- Lead complex digital transformation initiatives, orchestrating the migration and modernization of legacy environments into cloud‑native, microservices‑based ecosystems.
- Lead strategic discovery sessions and workshops with C‑level stakeholders to assess current‑state environments and define target‑state visions.
- Conduct application portfolio rationalization to identify redundancies, reduce technical debt, and ensure cost‑effective resource utilization across the enterprise.
- Embed "security‑by‑design" principles across the entire enterprise architecture, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and privacy standards.
Job Requirements
- 10‑15+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5+ years in a formal Enterprise Architect role.

- Expert‑level understanding of AWS (Azure or GCP is a plus) and how cloud‑native services integrate into a broader enterprise landscape.
- Proven ability to design multi‑tier, distributed systems including microservices, event‑driven architectures, and complex integration patterns (APIs, ESB).
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial modeling (FinOps), and the ability to perform gap analysis between current and future states.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams of Solution and Technical Architects without direct authority.
- A strategic "builder" mindset with the agility to pivot and a genuine thirst for staying ahead of emerging tech trends (AI, IoT, Blockchain).
