Job summary

NPC is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture for complex technology and business transformation initiatives in a large public-sector environment.

You will apply EA principles, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and guide system integration, data architecture, and technology investments across multiple stakeholders.

This role requires collaboration with business, technical, and executive stakeholders and may prefer TOGAF certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years applying enterprise architecture principles.
• 5+ years in a lead capacity.
• 3+ years in enterprise apps, systems integration, and solution architecture.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related or Engineering field.

The Senior Enterprise Architect will apply enterprise architecture principles, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to align technology solutions with business processes and organizational objectives. This role will support enterprise strategy, solution architecture, systems integration, business process improvement, and technology investment decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 7 years of experience applying enterprise architecture principles.
• At least 5 years of experience in a lead capacity.
• At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise applications, systems integration, and solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture standards and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Technical expertise in business analysis, solution selection, systems design, and application integration.
• Strong knowledge of CGI Advantage.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Certification Requirement

• Enterprise Architecture certification, such as TOGAF, The Open Group Architecture Framework.
