Humana seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture vision and multi-year roadmaps across our payer domains. You will partner with leaders to align business strategy with technology investments, drive modernization, and guide governance within agile delivery teams.

You will influence executives, oversee transformation programs, and help shape a scalable, cloud-enabled architecture that improves member outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership roles within large, complex organizations.
• Deep healthcare payer industry experience with strong understanding of health plan operating models.
• Progressive experience as senior/lead architect or technology leader overseeing large-scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience leading business and technology transformation programs.

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align strategy, value streams, and investments.
• Translate priorities into actionable architecture roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Balance strategic goals with practical delivery and evolving business needs.
• Ensure technology decisions align with business objectives and desired outcomes.
• Lead architecture governance and artifact creation for roadmaps and inventories.
• Define technology strategies, cloud adoption, API-led integration, and modernization efforts.
• Support governance processes and promote EA practices within agile delivery teams.
