Job summary

Humana is seeking a senior enterprise architect to define the enterprise architecture vision and align business strategy with technology while guiding multi-year roadmaps. You will translate priorities into actionable plans and balance strategic goals with practical delivery considerations to maximize business value.

In this role, you will lead architecture governance, drive modernization efforts, and oversee critical healthcare payer domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership roles within large, complex organizations.
• Deep healthcare payer industry experience with strong understanding of health plan operating models and business processes.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect, lead architect, or technology leader overseeing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven success leading business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing strategic decision-making.
