Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Architect to shape the security blueprint across enterprise systems.

You will partner with EIP and business leaders to assess threats, identify gaps, and design forward-looking security solutions that strengthen Humana's posture. You will lead security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and product security reviews while developing testing and mitigation strategies for evolving risks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in security architecture.
• Experience with threat modeling and security assessments.
• Experience integrating security controls into DevSecOps and SDLC.
• Ability to review enterprise application architecture and provide secure design guidance.
• Experience securing APIs, web apps, and cloud workloads in Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Strong communication of risks to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience implementing enterprise security technologies across an organization.

• Perform application security assessments, threat models and enforce secure design patterns in an SDLC.
• Determine security architecture requirements from business strategies and needs.
• Propose solutions addressing security risks or gaps within segments.
• Use independent judgment to analyze factors and decide best actions.
• Serve as the single point of contact with business segments for security liaison.
• Proactively communicate secure design principles to stakeholders.
• Improve security designs to reduce post-development vulnerabilities.
• Influence stakeholders to remediate security deficiencies in design and code.
• Provide secure solutions balancing functionality and risk, and drive automation.
• Automate and standardize relevant security processes.
