Job summary

Slalom is looking for a Principal or Senior Principal to lead enterprise AI solutions within its Anthropic AI Solutions business unit. This role involves designing and delivering complex AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes, and engaging with clients directly to translate their needs into actionable strategies.

Ideal candidates will have 7–12+ years of experience and a history of managing significant revenue targets while deploying AI solutions using advanced technologies like large language models. This position is based in Los Angeles and offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and client success.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in a client-facing technical or advisory role.
• Proven experience managing revenue targets between $750,000 and $1.5 Million.
• Hands-on experience with large language model APIs in production environments.
