Job summary

Uniphore, a global Business AI technology company, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in Palo Alto to lead the technical sales cycle from discovery to proof of concept. You will collaborate with account executives, product management, and engineering to demonstrate the power of Uniphore’s AI Cloud platform for Fortune 1000 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise Data, SaaS, AI, or automation.
• Hands-on understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, security and governance, ethical AI.
• Experience designing or selling AI platforms, data orchestration, or enterprise automation solutions.
• Expertise in major Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with compute, storage, networking, serverless.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to drive enterprise opportunities from qualification to close.
• Present and demo GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions to customers.
• Build and deliver custom demos and POCs to validate business value and technical feasibility.
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points, and outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures leveraging Uniphore’s capabilities.
