Job summary

Uniphore seeks a Principal/Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end solution development for large customer deployments in a scalable enterprise AI environment.

You will architect Agentic AI solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with customers to translate needs into impactful technical and business outcomes. Strong leadership and advanced AI expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in enterprise tech, B2B, or AI/technology consulting.
• Leadership experience with forward deployed engineering teams in client-facing environments.
• Mastery of AI solution architecture (multi-agent, RAG, LLM, multi-modal) and enterprise integration patterns.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-customer engagements and lead end-to-end solution development for high-stakes deployments.
• Provide enterprise architecture leadership for Agentic AI solutions across industries.
• Mentor and lead Forward Deployed Engineering teams; foster excellence and collaboration.
• Serve as principal AI solution design partner to senior customer stakeholders.
• Develop best practices, playbooks, and reusable AI deployment frameworks.
