Job summary

Uniphore is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its high-performance Sales Engineering team in Palo Alto, CA. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, guiding the technical sales cycle from discovery to proof of concept and translating complex challenges into AI-driven solutions.

You’ll collaborate with account executives, product management, and engineering to showcase Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud, deliver tailored demos and POCs, and help Fortune 1000

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise Data/SaaS/AI.
• Hands-on AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, security and governance.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and deploying enterprise AI/SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex tech to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales cycles and closing large deals.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead in the sales cycle with Account Executives to drive opportunities from qualification to close.
• Demonstrate how AI can drive value in Enterprises and explain language models and agents.
• Understand customer pain points and translate them into AI solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos showcasing GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
• Build and deliver custom demos and POCs to validate value and feasibility.
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover needs and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into AI solution architectures using Uniphore capabilities.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical responses and designs.
• Advise clients on AI adoption strategies and multi-modal data platform integrations.
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and customer obsession.
• Maintain deep domain expertise in AI trends and enterprise AI adoption.
