Job summary

LandingAI is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive enterprise adoption of the ADE platform. You will lead technical discovery, craft solution architectures, and deliver compelling demonstrations in collaboration with Account Executives.

You will communicate complex AI concepts to leadership and technical teams, ensuring successful PoCs and post-sales adoption while shaping product direction through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within enterprise software.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI, document processing, LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, RAG, or agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for enterprise sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to document workflows and requirements.
• Design solution architectures and deliver product demos, presentations, whiteboard sessions, and PoCs.
• Lead PoCs and evaluations to validate business value and technical fit.
• Develop prototype integrations and AI workflows using Python and APIs.
• Collaborate on technical strategy, proposals, and ROI discussions.
• Support post-sale engagements for land-and-expand initiatives.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering for future ADE direction.
• Partner with ISVs, OEMs, and System Integrators to expand the ADE ecosystem.
