Job summary

LandingAI is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to help enterprise customers adopt the ADE platform. You will blend deep AI expertise with consultative selling to solve complex document processing challenges, leading technical discovery, solution design, and PoCs with Account Executives.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer success and identify expansion opportunities in a fast-growing AI startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role supporting enterprise software sales.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI, document processing, LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, RAG, or agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for enterprise sales opportunities, partnering with Account Executives throughout the pre-sales cycle.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and requirements.
• Design solution architectures and deliver demonstrations and PoCs.
• Lead PoCs and prototypes to validate business value and technical fit.
• Develop prototype integrations and AI workflows using Python and APIs.
• Collaborate with Sales on technical strategy, ROIs, and proposals.
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to shape the ADE platform.
