Job summary

Uniphore is seeking a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer in Palo Alto to lead strategic AI deployments on our Agentic AI platform. You will own architecture, prototyping, and delivery of customer-specific applications, guiding both customers and internal teams through complex AI projects.

You will work across data pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and RAG/finetuning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of engineering, with 2+ years in customer-facing or field roles.
• Proven success building and deploying AI/ML or data-intensive applications in production.
• Strong full-stack development skills and DevOps experience.
• Experience with enterprise data pipelines and REST/SQL/GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale Agentic and Knowledge AI solutions for key clients.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during solution development and post-deployment optimization.
• Own end-to-end projects: integration design, agent workflows, and full-stack delivery.
• Customize platform components and extend platform logic with new APIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure solution success.
• Provide feedback to Platform Engineering on feature gaps and pain points.
• Advance observability, telemetry, and secure, auditable AI agents.
• Stay current on RAG, LLM/SLM advancements and enterprise AI tooling.
