Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group, a technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise AI to join our Client's team. This high-impact role translates AI strategy into measurable business outcomes and leads cross-functional initiatives.

You will own the Enterprise AI roadmap, establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive alignment across AI Engineering, business technology, and executives. Strong program leadership and business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven program management experience in AI/ML or technology programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise AI roadmap and integrated program plan with priorities, scope, milestones, resources, and outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams with clear owners and measurable success criteria.
• Drive AI initiatives from planning through development, launch, adoption, and value realization.
• Establish program governance, decision forums, communication rhythms, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, architects, business teams, and leadership to align delivery with business priorities.
• Identify early warning signals, risks, and resource constraints; drive issues to resolution.
