Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex technology programs for top enterprise industrial customers. You will bridge customers with Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams to achieve technical, operational, and business objectives.

The role requires executive-level communication, disciplined program leadership, and deep understanding of how advanced technology is developed and deployed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or program management of large, customer-facing technology programs.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget with multiple teams.
• Experience with enterprise software, robotics, AI, or industrial tech environments.
• Strong engagement with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience guiding product, engineering, and delivery teams through lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large, complex customer programs from scoping through deployment and handoff.
• Interface between executive stakeholders and Field AI’s Product, Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Translate business objectives into clear program requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Indirectly lead Technical Project Managers to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Establish governance with executive steering, reviews, and escalation paths.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to executive and technical audiences.
• Identify and resolve execution challenges and scope changes promptly.
• Align commitments with product roadmaps, feasibility, and capacity.
