Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or a customer-facing product ownership role.
• Proven record of shipping products or platform capabilities into large organizations – you can name the customer, scale, integration, and production.
• Extreme ownership and follow-through: closes loops across teams without reminders.
• Comfortable operating with senior customer stakeholders (VP/C-level) and senior engineers.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural trade-offs with platform engineers, not just high-level talks.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes for our highest impact enterprise accounts from contract to production.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with VP/C-level buyers and senior technical leads.
• Drive deployments from contract to production and ensure production readiness.
• Translate customer workflows and priorities into high-signal input for core platform teams, with concrete trade-offs.
• Distinguish where product is the constraint vs. execution or change management, and drive blockers to resolution.
• Partner with FDEs to run accounts as a coordinated team and identify expansion opportunities grounded in customer value.
• Represent customer reality to platform and leadership to influence decisions.
