Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed within enterprise teams, delivering production AI platforms that scale in real-world settings. You own outcomes such as time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability, shaping how clients deploy AI-native workflows.

You will partner with clients and engineering leadership to design, implement, and operate agentic AI solutions across the full technology stack, from data and security to governance and multi-system integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year of designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production.
• 2+ years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models.
• 10+ years of programming in Python or Java; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 10+ years of production deployment experience — CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, debugging.
• 10+ years of client communication and collaboration; leadership in technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex multi-stakeholder client environments — Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, SAP, or Palantir.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability across multiple workstreams with commercial metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation at pace to move from problem to production in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, platform layer, and multi-system integration.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client leaders; build value architecture, ROI backlogs, and adoption roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators that scale across engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to grow the FDE practice.
