Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. You will deploy and scale production AI platforms inside complex client environments, owning outcomes like time-to-value, adoption, reliability and cross-system integration.

You will work with industry-leading AI providers and open-source models, lead architecture discussions, publish reusable reinvention blueprints, and drive enterprise AI adoption at scale across multi-year roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years with AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 10 years programming in Python, Java or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years deploying to production with CI/CD and IaC.
• Minimum 10 years in client communication and leading workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or 12 years work experience; AI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes including time-to-value and scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems across enterprise settings.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, and integration.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives and roadmaps.
• Define reusable blueprints and accelerators across engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and client workshops.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
