Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to scale enterprise AI deployments. You will own outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability, adoption, and scalability while embedded with client teams to deliver production-grade AI platforms.

Responsibilities include leading architecture design sessions, guiding multi-stakeholder programs, and building reusable reinvention blueprints that accelerate client adoption across industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year of designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments.
• 2+ years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI — including multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years of programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiar with evaluation tools, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 10+ years of production deployment experience — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• 10+ years of client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years work experience; AI certifications or agentic tool experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture to adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability across multiple streams.
• Drive rapid experimentation to turn business problems into production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, and multi-system integration.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client leaders, building ROI backlogs and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints, patterns, and accelerators that scale across client engagements.
