Job summary

NinjaTech AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to land deployments for large enterprises and embed with customers to deliver initial, high-value agentic workflows on our platform.

You will tailor NinjaTech solutions to customer data, identity, ticketing, CRMs, and internal APIs while managing security, data residency, and go-live success. Travel up to 25% and onsite work in the Bay Area are expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with hands-on building experience.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go.
• Comfort working with data, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to engage with CTOs and frontline users to translate needs into solutions.
• Bias to ship and deliver tangible outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers and stand up first production agent workflows.
• Wire NinjaTech platform into customer systems and build bespoke automations.
• Be the technical face of NinjaTech in executive and operational rooms.
• Drive adoption, measure usage, and identify next high-value workflows.
• Lead security reviews and data residency requirements in deployments.
• Provide feedback to Product and help accelerate future deployments.
