Job summary

NinjaTech AI Inc. is building an unmetered intelligence workforce with autonomous AI agents that perform real work for enterprises.

The AI Solutions Architect role embeds with large enterprise customers to stand up production agent workflows, integrate with customer systems, and drive technical success from kickoff to go-live. You will partner with customers’ CTOs and frontline users, design tailored solutions, and shepherd deployments through security reviews, data residency, and procurement.

Qualifications

Genuine curiosity about agentic AI, LLM systems, prompts, and guardrails.
Ability to wrangle large-scale real-world data and reason about storage and pipelines.
Capability to hold credible technical discussions with CTOs and frontline users.
Bias to ship: move fast with precision and iterate with users.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and be onsite in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

Land the deployment by embedding with an enterprise customer and standing up initial workflows.
Build custom automations, prompts, tools, and guardrails integrated with customer systems.
Be the technical face of NinjaTech in customer rooms and translate platform to business language.
Drive adoption and expansion by measuring usage and identifying new high-value workflows.
Navigate security reviews, data residency, and procurement diligence for deployments.
