Scale AI, Inc. is looking for a Senior Frontier Agents Engineer to join the Enterprise team in San Francisco. In this hands-on technical role, you will work directly with customers to architect and implement custom AI solutions that drive value in their operations.

Your main responsibilities will include building robust data connectors, developing production-grade AI agents, and collaborating closely with customer engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of software engineering experience and proficiency in Python and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience in modern ML/AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs.
Design and implement custom integrations between platforms.
Develop production-grade AI agents tailored to customer use cases.
