Job summary

NinjaTech AI is hiring an AI Solutions Architect to land deployments with enterprise customers and embed with their teams. You will architect first-value agent workflows, connect our platform to customer systems, and ensure success from kickoff to expansion.

You will work with CTOs and operators, translating business needs into robust technical solutions while driving adoption and scalable outcomes across the customer environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go.
• Genuine curiosity about agentic AI and LLM systems.
• Data fluency with large-scale real-world data.
• Executive presence and the ability to converse with a CTO.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and be onsite in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Land the deployment by embedding with a newly-closed enterprise customer.
• Build custom, tailored solutions by wiring our platform into customer systems and data sources.
• Be the technical face of NinjaTech in meetings with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and expansion by measuring usage and identifying high-value workflows.
• Handle security reviews, data residency, SSO/SCIM, and procurement diligence.
