Job summary

Worldpac seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise AI projects within the PMO, driving end-to-end delivery from initiation to benefits realization. You will coordinate AI engineering, data, security, and business stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with governance aligned to Worldpac standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership without direct authority, experience with Claude/Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex IT and enterprise technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise AI projects from pilot through production.
• Experience delivering AI end-user tools such as Claude, Copilot, etc.
• Experience with AI platforms and integration with enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, governance, risk, and responsible AI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex enterprise AI projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop charters, scope, schedules, budgets, and governance aligned with PMO standards.
• Apply Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methods; facilitate planning and reviews.
• Coordinate AI engineers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Report status, risks, and finances to executives; manage vendors and SOWs.
• Mentor junior project staff and continuously improve PMO practices for AI.
