Job summary

Worldpac, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the PMO’s AI and enterprise technology initiatives in the Chicago metro area.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, align charters with governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration across AI, data, security, and business stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years of Project Management in IT/enterprise tech, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver AI projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex IT and enterprise technology projects.
Experience implementing enterprise AI projects from pilot through production.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex enterprise AI and technology projects.
Develop charters, scope statements, integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and dependencies with change control.
Apply Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery approaches; facilitate planning and reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data engineers, architects, developers, infrastructure, security, QA, vendors and business SMEs.
Report project status to executives using PMO dashboards and reporting tools.
