Wandata Tech LLC seeks an AI Program Manager to join a new PMO and work directly with Enterprise AI leadership in New York City. This role focuses on prioritizing AI initiatives, improving planning and execution, and reducing delays caused by bandwidth constraints.

The ideal candidate has senior PMO experience, governance skills, accountability management, and a proven ability to drive structured execution across product, engineering, and data science teams. Hybrid onsite presence is required.

• Deep experience in 1+ enterprise AI projects, delivering end-to-end AI products.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team, not just scheduling meetings.
• Background in leading high-performance teams.
• Ability to articulate an elevator pitch to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Join a dedicated PMO supporting Enterprise AI leadership.
• Prioritize work across AI initiatives and improve planning/execution.
• Reduce delays caused by leadership bandwidth constraints.
• Increase organizational maturity in the AI space and ensure accountability.
• Provide program structure around AI product delivery and governance.
• Coordinate across product, engineering and data science teams.
