Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years designing and delivering production-grade AI/LLM features, RAG platforms, and agentic architectures.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GCP services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, DataFlow, BigTable, and GKE.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the technical strategy for enterprise AI and multi-agent systems.
• Design scalable multi-agent systems, autonomous decisioning engines, tool-use frameworks, and agentic workflows.
• Architect end-to-end streaming and batch data/embedding pipelines and vector indexing systems for enterprise LLM features.
• Set enterprise standards for AI evaluation, observability, cost-performance optimization, safety guardrails, and security compliance.
• Mentor senior engineers, establish code quality standards, and foster AI innovation from research to production.
• Collaborate with product, security, and cloud architecture to align roadmaps with business goals.
