Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience (or 8+ with a Master's).
• 15+ years of experience (or 12+ with a Master's, 8+ with a PhD) for Sr. Principal
• Experience architecting and shipping complex, enterprise-grade distributed systems.
• Expert Python capabilities plus mastery of Go, Java, and Node.js; cloud-native microservices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern enterprise AI ecosystems and API strategies across agentic, RAG, hybrid, and traditional systems.
• Spearhead GenAI transformations across marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Design cost and performance optimization engines for dynamic query routing.
• Lead security, privacy, and adversarial defense standards for AI platforms.
• Communicate technical visions and trade-offs to executives and drive cross-team initiatives.
