Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures that connect Parloa's platform with customers' enterprise systems, including CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms.

You will craft prompts for LLMs and shape the conversational experience, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and integration depth across complex environments. Strong English and Italian communication is required, and you will work with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with solution/system architecture experience.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact centers).
• Proficiency in REST API design and API authentication patterns (OAuth/JWT).
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate into LLM prompts and conversational flows.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments and enterprise integrations.
• Configure integrations using platforms and APIs; map multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios.
• Apply testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI performance.
• Provide architecture guidance to customers and internal teams.
