Job summary

Bankjoy is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business with community banks and credit unions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, build strategic territory plans, and generate net-new pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to craft winning strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and travel as needed to advance deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or quota-carrying roles.
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS to fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value contracts.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and deal management skills.
• Experience navigating mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including outbound outreach, discovery, demos, scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed quota targets within the ideal customer profile.
• Generate net-new pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and relationship-building.
• Position Bankjoy’s digital banking platform against competitors and engage executives and technical buyers.
• Travel to client locations to deliver presentations and support deal progression.
