Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations to lead the operation of our CS roadmap and strategic projects.

You will shape tools, systems, and processes enabling CS to scale, acting as the senior escalation point and guiding a Senior Analyst supporting deployments. You will partner with CS leadership and cross-functional teams to design governance, metrics, and dashboards that drive RS growth and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience within a Revenue organization.
Experience owning or administering CS systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, or Tableau.
Strong project management skills and ability to translate SaaS metrics into strategic narratives for executives.
Ability to design scalable programs and governance for CS operations.

Responsibilities

Domain Expertise across customer success, account management, and go-to-market functions.
Operationalize roadmaps and governance for strategic customer projects.
Set framework for core CS metrics and link to business outcomes.
Identify opportunities across CS tooling and partner with leadership on investments.
Act as senior escalation point for operational issues and drive durable resolution.
Own the Quarterly Business Review process end to end.
