AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Systems to lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of Salesforce and our broader revenue systems ecosystem.

You will build and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, architects, administrators, and technical professionals while establishing engineering practices and standards to scale the function. You will own the long-term Salesforce strategy, balancing business needs with scalability, reliability, and security,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical discipline, with significant experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce engineering, architecture, or administration teams, with hiring and retaining strong technical talent.
• Proven ability to build and scale high performing teams and raise engineering quality and delivery.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge across architecture, development, integrations, data, security, and automation.
• Experience establishing modern Salesforce development and release practices (source control, CI/CD, automated testing, environment management).
• Senior technical leadership with governance, security, and reliability focus.

• Set a high bar for technical judgment, engineering quality, delivery, and operational excellence.

• Define platform strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and the broader revenue systems ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for complex platform and integration challenges.
• Shape AI adoption across Revenue Systems and Salesforce development.
