Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Lead Client Partner to join the Global Strategic Accounts team in New York. You will manage key brand and agency relationships, driving revenue growth and strategic campaigns on Reddit ads.

You will educate clients on platform capabilities, present joint business plans, and lead high-level discussions with C-level partners, delivering proactive strategy and industry insights to deepen partnerships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital media with 7+ years in sales
• Proven enterprise tech partnerships experience
• Proven ability to manage relationships up to C-level
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, products, and measurement
• Strong network in agency and client-direct spaces
• Knowledge of social media landscape and native advertising
• Experience building long-term account growth strategies
• Top-performing, with sales targets
• Ability to lead special projects
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Educate new clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitches
• Meet deadlines and deliver high levels of customer service
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation
• Communicate platform updates and opportunities to clients
• Provide strategic, proactive advice to grow relationships
• Uncover client needs and align with platform opportunities
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals
• Shape ads product roadmap with client feedback and metrics
• Share expertise as a Reddit evangelist at events
• Mentor and train other team members
• Collaborate with peers to craft cohesive account strategy
• Build deep internal relationships to achieve goals
