Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager for Global Strategic Accounts (Media & Entertainment) based in NYC or Los Angeles. You will lead engagement with top ad partners, drive revenue growth, and orchestrate multi-market campaigns from kickoff to post-analysis.

You'll collaborate with Client Partners to craft proactive strategies, optimize campaigns, and deepen relationships with agencies and Fortune 500 clients, ensuring alignment with Reddit's growth goals.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where data analysis is needed.
Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners.
Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges.
Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, including agencies and Fortune 500 clients, to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth.
Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners.
Ongoing management of internal account operations (revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues).
Educate brands and media agencies, communicate value proposition and best practices.
Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, and partner with Client Partners to craft thoughtful media plans.
Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap by aggregating client feedback and metrics.
Proactively identify areas of improvement and mentor team members.
