Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to join our Global Strategic Accounts team in San Francisco or New York.

You will oversee Reddit's most significant global advertising partners end-to-end, leading joint business planning and cross-regional execution, in close collaboration with Client Partners. You will drive campaign launches, deliver insightful optimizations, manage end-to-end global account operations, and help grow Reddit revenue through strategic upsell and strong

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, global client experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and digital advertising ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze data and inform strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating with agencies and global clients.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals.
• Lead campaign launches and deliver optimizations across markets.
• Manage end-to-end global account operations including revenue delivery and multi-market strategies.
• Develop global playbooks and measurement frameworks from campaign results.
• Deepen relationships with agencies and Global clients to drive revenue growth.
• Educate brands and agencies on value proposition and best practices.
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives with strategic media plans.
• Shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap by collecting client feedback and metrics.
• Mentor and train other team members.
