Job summary

Procurement Sciences is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of government contracting customers, driving retention, expansion, and executive engagement across complex organizations.

You will lead commercial strategy, navigate master service agreements and security reviews, and collaborate with solutions engineering, customer success, product, and leadership to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS account management or strategic leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with $100k+ annual contract value.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of enterprise accounts with retention, expansion targets.
• Build and sustain executive relationships across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for each logo.
• Drive multi product growth across Awarded AI and HigherGov.
• Lead complex commercial cycles including pricing, MSAs, and vendor reviews.
• Deliver executive business reviews and coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams.
