Job summary

CLM Search is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth as VP Global Sales for our semiconductor client. You will lead sales for core customers in Data Center and Memory accounts, steering a $325M revenue portfolio and guiding a small team of three (1 Account Manager, 2 FAEs).

Reporting directly to the VP Global Sales, you will build executive relationships, spend substantial time with customers, and chart a fast career trajectory toward a Director of Sales within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and account management background within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience managing large enterprise customers / complex accounts (Blue Chip brands).
• Strong customer-facing presence with ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Comfortable spending significant time in front of customers rather than in an office.
• Highly proactive and commercially driven personality.
• Demonstrated ability to create opportunities through direct engagement and relationship development.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales for core customers within Data Center & Memory Accounts
• $325M In revenue responsibility.
• Lead a team a small, but growing teams of 3 direct reports. (1 Account Manager, x2 FAEs)
• Be present in front of 2-3 core customers. Managing large enterprise accounts within both Data Center & Memory.
• This position reports directly to the VP Global Sales, with fast career trajectory to become a Director of Sales within 18-24 months.
