State Affairs, a leading news and policy intelligence platform, is hiring an Enterprise Account Director in Washington, DC. This senior role owns success and growth of our largest accounts, building relationships with executives who run government affairs and policy, and turning our data, product, and people into solutions that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work experience expanding enterprise accounts
• Ability to build executive relationships across complex organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites and conferences

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion targets for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Build and own trusted relationships with C-level and senior government affairs leaders.
• Understand customers' problems and marshal product, data, and people to solve them.
• Grow accounts across seats, products, and services and anticipate at-risk accounts.
• Lead executive business reviews demonstrating ROI.
• Onboard and train clients so they see value from day one.
• Turn strong relationships into advocacy and referrals.
• Build scalable playbooks and frameworks for growth.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to turn feedback into new features and pricing structures.
