Uniphore Technologies North America Inc. seeks a Sr. Client Director to own a major energy sector enterprise account in the US. You will deepen adoption of the AI platform and drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, managing the account with a consultative, outcome-based approach.

Location: Houston, TX; travel as needed. You will lead multi-year strategies, executive reviews, and cross-functional teams to maximize ARR and value for the client.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS/technology account management or sales with quota attainment.
• 5+ years managing C-suite relationships in large enterprises (F500/G2000).
• Experience growing accounts to multi-million ACV/TCV through renewals and expansion.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute a multi-year account strategy for the account.
• Own the full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Deliver substantial expansion ARR through upsell and cross-sell.
• Develop ROI-focused QBRs with executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams as the account's CEO.
• Track adoption and product trends to surface expansion opportunities.
