Job summary

EPAM Systems in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned Client Engagement Director to lead strategic account development for the Data & AI practice in the Energy sector. This role drives revenue growth, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence across North America.

You will build executive relationships, shape analytics roadmaps, and co-create operating models with senior leadership. The position requires travel up to 30% and a hybrid work setup within the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Data & AI consulting or delivery experience.
• Proven success in growing client relationships in the Energy Sector.
• Experience leading complex data analytics projects with revenue impact.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels for clients and delivery teams.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders as principal advisor and engagement lead.
• Provide thought leadership in Data & AI to define analytics agendas and value opportunities.
• Drive adoption across Data & AI services including platform development, AI use cases, modern analytics, automation, and data modernization.
• Develop and grow strategic accounts; expand engagements to $5–10M annually.
• Pursue and win strategic opportunities across regional accounts.
• Enable and educate business units to identify and source new opportunities.
• Align with leadership to co-develop account plans for delivery, growth, and satisfaction.
• Lead complex transformational initiatives as architect, consultant, PM, or engagement leader.
• Own strategic deliverables like strategy, operating model, visions, and roadmaps.
• Maintain a hybrid work setup with up to 30% travel to client sites and EPAM offices.
