You will translate product capabilities, utilization data, and partner insights into actionable strategies, providing targeted one-to-one support and escalating issues as needed. 4+ years in customer success or related client-facing roles.
Experience advising on strategy, process improvement, or technology adoption.

Enrollment Success Product Expertise & Strategic Advising: develop deep knowledge of Navigate360 Enrollment Success and guide partners with strategic recommendations.
Product Adoption & New Feature Readiness: improve adoption of core features and prepare teams for new capabilities.
One-to-One and Scaled Strategic Partner Success: balance targeted support with scalable resources and partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: work with Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders to advance priorities.
