Job summary

Solomon Page's client, a Brooklyn charter school, is seeking a Senior Manager – Student Recruitment & Enrollment to drive recruitment, engagement, and enrollment compliance from inquiry to onboarding. You will partner with the Director and Enrollment team to ensure a customer-centered family experience, coordinating with network partners and vendors.

This role oversees data accuracy in enrollment systems, manages SchoolMint/Coupa workflows, supports events like tours and open houses, and helps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years professional experience including at least 3 in customer service or operations; management experience preferred.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with SchoolMint or similar enrollment management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data systems/reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to excellent family experience.
• Passion for educational equity and the organization’s mission.
• Engaging sense of humor contributing to collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director on enrollment strategies and family events.
• Collaborate with Network partners to align enrollment processes.
• Support team culture and continuous improvement in enrollment structure.
• Manage Coupa processes and vendor coordination.
• Oversee SchoolMint data accuracy and enrollment timelines.
• Manage enrollment platforms and software for operational efficiency.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Support tours, open houses, and webinars; welcome families.
• Assist community outreach with daycare centers and partners.
