Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred - Spanish or Creole/Haitian.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in student recruitment, enrollment, or community engagement within charter schools.
• Strong knowledge of the New York City education landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse community stakeholders.
• Experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with daycare centers, community-based organizations, and local partners.
• Represent Ascend at community events, fairs, and information sessions to promote school offerings.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand outreach and deepen community presence.
• Track, analyze, and interpret recruitment and outreach data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to drive student recruitment and enrollment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, outreach efforts, and enrollment goals.
• Support the achievement of annual application and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and engagement metrics.
