Job summary

Uncommon Schools is seeking a Manager of School Support for NYC Enrollment to guide families from initial interest to Day 1 readiness. You will oversee regional lead conversion, manage systems and data reporting, and work with school operations, External Affairs, and community partners to remove barriers and optimize the enrollment journey.

You will empower a regional enrollment team to deliver a welcoming, consistent, and highly responsive experience for prospective families in New York City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional enrollment team to meet lead, application and enrollment targets.
• Oversee enrollment systems (Salesforce, SchoolMint) and data reporting.
• Collaborate with External Affairs, Marketing, and school teams to optimize outreach and campaigns.
• Ensure 24-hour response time for enrollment inquiries and maintain conversion targets.
