Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks an Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst or Senior to analyze enrollment trends, forecast product performance, and support strategic decisions. You will work with Sales, Underwriting, Finance and Product Development to deliver monthly results and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or related field plus 3+ years of experience.
• Senior role requires 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly enrollment results and forecasting analysis for multiple products and affiliations.
• Develop and maintain enrollment and forecasting models and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare analytic reports and recommendations for internal customers across departments.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support quarterly forecast planning sessions.
