Job summary
Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst / Senior to join our Strategic Finance team in a hybrid role. You will analyze enrollment results and product performance, provide monthly reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and Product Development to drive data-driven decisions.
The role emphasizes forecasting accuracy, data validation, and producing actionable insights with tools like SQL, SAS, and Tableau.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent related field and 3+ years job‑related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Senior Enrollment/Product Forecast Analyst requires 7+ years job‑related experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and data modeling skills to support short- and long‑term forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Provide monthly enrollment results and product analytics to cross‑functional teams.
- Develop enrollment trends by segment and product for strategy development.
- Support quarterly forecast planning and long‑term projections.
